Over the past two decades, I have had the privilege of working with manufacturing businesses, operational leaders and international organisations through periods of growth, transformation and change.
Across different industries and different countries, I kept seeing the same pattern.
Organisations rarely struggle because people are unwilling to do great work. More often, they struggle because systems become unclear, leadership becomes reactive and improvement slowly gives way to everyday firefighting.
Again and again, I saw talented people working incredibly hard—not because the work itself was impossible, but because the systems around them no longer supported them.
That realisation eventually became Vidnova.
Not as another consulting company.

Throughout my career, I have never been interested in improving processes simply to make organisations more efficient.
What has always inspired me is creating environments where people can do their best work with confidence, clarity and purpose.

I was born and built my professional foundation in Ukraine—a place that taught me resilience, adaptability and the importance of finding solutions even in the most challenging circumstances.
Today, living and working in Finland has deepened my appreciation for clarity, trust, long-term thinking and systems that quietly enable people to do their best work.
